WAYNESBORO, Ga. - Mr. Delma Ray Bedenbaugh, 48, beloved husband of Lillie Elaine Bedenbaugh, entered into rest Thursday, September 27, 2007, at his residence.
Funeral services were held Saturday, September 29, 2007, at 3 p.m. in the Chapel of Elliott Sons Funeral Home, 1134 Telfair Street, with Rev. James McCollum and Rev. Bobby Renew officiating. Interment was in West View Cemetery.
Mr. Bedenbaugh was a wonderful son, loving husband, daddy, and granddaddy. He worked at King Manufacturing Company in Augusta and was Pentecostal.
Additional survivors include five daughters, Rachel (Mike) Williams, Hephzibah, Heather Horne, Waynesboro, Cecilia (Dennis) Shiftbauer, Clayton, Terri (Richard) Barnes, Waynesboro, Sherri (Gary) Cooper, Hephzibah; one son, Kenny Bedenbaugh, Hephzibah; his mother, Estelle and Raymond Fendley, Waynesboro; his grandmother, Frances Key, Augusta; one sister, Frances McCollum (James), Dearing; two brothers, Franklin (Fredia) Bedenbaugh, Martinez, and David (Timmy) Bedenbaugh, Sr., Hephzibah; eight grandchildren; and one baby, Cherokee; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Delma Blythe Bedenbaugh.
Pallbearers were Gary Cooper, Joseph Key, Rev. Tony Irby, Danny Key, Rev. David Jones, and David Bedenbaugh, Jr.
