AUGUSTA, Ga. - Ms. Bessie Mae Jackson entered into rest on Wednesday, September 26, 2007 at Heartland Hospice.
Funeral services were held Monday, October 1, 2007, at 1 p.m. at Williams Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Johnny Hatney officiating. Burial was in Walker Memorial Park.
She was a native of McDuffie County and a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church.
Survivors are a devoted companion, Daniel Hatney, Augusta; two sons, Herman (Sherri) Jackson, James (Marilyn) Jackson, Jr., Augusta; nine grandchildren; one sister, Ula Mae Jones, Thomson, Ga.; caregiver, Deloise Trotty; other relatives and friends.
Williams Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
