THOMSON, Ga. - Mr. Preston Yates Wilson, Jr., 66, of Thomson, died October 3, 3007.
Mr. Wilson was born in South Carolina and was the son of the late Preston Yates Wilson, Sr., and Helen Hair Wilson. Mr. Wilson was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, serving eight years with honorable discharge. He was preceded in death by a brother, Ronald Thomas Wilson.
Survivors include two sisters, Patricia Newsome of Thomson, and Martha Gowan of Fort Worth, Tex.; and stepdaughter, Ann Crossley of North Port, Fla.
Memorial services were held at the Little Briar Creek Baptist Church Saturday, October 6, 2007, at 2 p.m. Memorials may be made to a charitable organization of one's choice.
