BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - Mrs. Louise B. Gardner, 83, passed away Friday, October 6, 2006, at her home in Birmingham, Ala.
Mrs. Gardner was a long-time resident of Thomson, a homemaker and was a retired tax accountant. She had been a member of the First Baptist Church in Thomson, and was a member of Meadow Brook Baptist Church in Birmingham. Mrs. Gardner was predeceased by her husband of 60 years John David Gardner, Sr.
She is survived by her daughter, Lee Ann Gardner and son David Gardner, both of Birmingham, Ala.
Graveside services were held at 1 p.m., Tuesday, October 10, 2006, at Savannah Valley Memorial Gardens in Thomson with Dr. Ron Sumners officiating.
Beggs Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
