LINCOLNTON, Ga. - Mr. Norris Ware, 59, entered into rest on Friday, October 7, 2005 at his residence.
Funeral services were held Sunday, October 9, 2005 at 4 p.m. at Lincolnton Baptist Church with Rev. Wade Palmer officiating. Interment was at Lincolnton City Cemetery.
Mr. Ware was the son of the late Albert Hawes and Fannie Ruth Bohler Ware. He was the owner of Ware's Auto Parks for 25 years, a member of the American Legion Post 194, the Iron Horse Motorcycle Club and a veteran of the United States Army.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara Ware; two daughters, Christie W. Bryan and Taylor Curtis Ware, both of Lincolnton; one son, Todd Ware of Greenville, SC; four stepchildren, Beth Easley of Greensboro, Marc Richards of Crawfordville, Don Morrow of Lincolnton and Franklin Curtis of Missouri; one sister, Rebecca W.Tarver of Lincolnton; one brother, Kelly Ware of Thomson.
Pallbearers wereDanny Dawkins, Jimmy Harrison, Bobby Moore, Matt Nunn, Perry Pittman, Herbert Rhodes, Jimmy Shelton, Mark Taylor and Hillyer Wright, Jr. Honorary pallbearers were the Iron Horse Motorcycle Club.
