Mrs. Armelia Johnson
DEARING, Ga. - Homegoing celebration for Mrs. Armelia Johnson, 84, of Dearing, was held on Saturday, Oct. 8, 2005 at 3 p.m. at the Mt. Aldred C.M.E. Church, Rev. George Glenn, pastor, officiating. Interment was in the church cemetery.
Survivors are two daughters, Katherine (Walter) Emory and Camelia (Jimmy) Thompkins, both of Harlem; one son, Donnell Johnson of Dearing; grandchildren she reared as her own, Shelley Johnson of Harlem, Bunadine (Lloyd) Roberts of Thomson, Donald Johnson, Ronald Johnson and Danny (Linda) Taylor, all of Dearing; and a host of other grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
The Thomson Funeral System was in charge of the arrangements.
