THOMSON, Ga. - Mr. James Cobb, 73, died Sunday, October 12, 2008, in the Golden Living Center in Augusta.
Graveside services were held at 3 p.m. Wednesday, October 15, in Savannah Valley Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Cobb was a native of Glascock County. He was retired from the trucking industry and was an Army veteran.
Survivors include his two daughters, Cindy Henry, Brentwood, Tn., and Lisa Koren, Austell, Ga.; his two grandchildren, Sam Henry and Jake Henry, both of Brentwood; six sisters, Jane Prevette and Willie Mae Allen, both of Thomson, Louise Glover, McDonough, Connie Shiver, Annette Kennedy, and Elaine Henry, all of Augusta; his brother, Jack Cobb, Greensboro, Ga.
Curtis Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
