THOMSON, Ga. - Mrs. Edith K. Frisbie, 87, widow of Mr. Theodore Frisbie, died Monday, October 8, 2007, at her residence.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday, October 14, in the Sweetwater Baptist Church with Rev. Kenneth Garvin officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Sweetwater Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Theodore Frisbie, her daughter, Theo Wick, and her grandson, David A. Davis.
She is survived by her two daughters, Kay Montgomery, Florence, Ala., and Annie Ruth (David) Chapman, Columbus, Ohio; her sister, Evelyn Stone, Michigan; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Doug Smith, Chad Smith, Charles Wallace, David Bennett, Raymond Everage, and Jerry Dunn. Honorary Pallbearers were her five grandsons, Charles E. Davis Jr., James Frisbie Davis, Ted Chapman, Ted Walker, Christopher Green, and Joe Baker.
Curtis Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
