Mr. Calvin Lockhart
CANCUN, Mexico - Mr. Calvin Lockhart, 82, of Cancun, died September 9, 2005.
He served in World War II and survived the historic D-Day invasion. He retired from Walter Kidde in Belleville, N.J.
Mr. Lockhart is survived by two sisters, Mary Patterson and Margaret Glenn, both of Chicago; four children, Calvin Lockhart, Jr., Sheila Marie Lockhart-Coleman, Larry Jerome Lockhart and Donna Jean Lockhart-Watson.
Funeral services were conducted on October 22, 2005 at 11:30 a.m. at Antioch CME Church, 2006 Amity Woodlawn Road, Lincolnton, Ga., Rev. J.A. Jordon, pastor. Mr. Lockhart was laid to rest next to his mother, Mrs. Mary Dooley.
Crawford-Pinkston-Roberts Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
