THOMSON, Ga. - Mrs. Faye Lu Miller, 76, of Thomson, entered into rest October 19, 2005 at her residence. She was the beloved wife of the late Walter R. Miller.
Graveside services were held at 1 p.m., Saturday, October 22, 2005 at Westview Cemetery.
Mrs. Miller was born in Stratton Township, Ill. And was the daughter of the late Ralph Updegraff and the late Thelma Sanders Updegraff. She had live in Thomson for eight years having moved from Atlanta where she retired as a dress shop manager. Mrs. Miller was a Methodist.
Survivors include a daughter, Marsha Dozier, Thomson; brother, Floyd Updegraff, Lexington, S.C.; five grandchildren, David Perkins, Melissa Driver, Lisa Adams, Brian Dozier and Ginger Nevil; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Miller was preceded in death by a son, Walter R. Miller Jr.
Memorials may be made to St. Joseph Hospice Foundation.
Beggs Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
