DEARING, Ga. - Funeral service for Mr. Willie Tom Story, 62, of Dearing, was held on Friday, October 24, 2008, at 2 p.m. at Cody Grove Baptist Church in Warren County, with Rev. Mark Downs officiating. Interment was in the churchyard cemetery.
Survivors: a loving, caring, and devoted wife, Ethel Mims Story, Dearing; two daughters, Tracy Michelle Story and Tammy Renae Story, both of Dearing; one granddaughter, Kewanee Naisha Story, Dearing; two sisters, Brenda Grissom, Thomson and Gladis Douglas, Conyers; three brothers, Willie James (Linda) Story, Willie C. Story, all of Warrenton and Grady (Joyce) Story, Lithonia; two sisters-in-law, Rebbie (Bennie) McCord and Irene Tate, Thomson; one goddaughter, Teresa Hall, Douglas; eight special nieces, Felecia Story, Warrenton, Latisha J. Story, Stockbridge, Makeba Story, Lithonia, Carolyn Gilyard, Columbus, Cathy Cummings, Brenda Fountain, Kanesha Mims, and Crystal Tate, all of Thomson; a host of other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Thomson Funeral System was in charge of arrangements.
