Elder Albert S. Finch, Jr.

THOMSON, Ga. - Funeral service for Elder Albert S. Finch, Jr., 58, of Thomson, was held on Friday, October 24, 2008, at 11 a.m. at the House of God Church of God in Christ in Thomson with Bishop Mark Walden serving as Eulogist. Interment was in the House of God Church of God in Christ Cemetery.

Survivors include his wife, Missionary Lillie R. Finch, Thomson; three sons, Deacon Phillip (Sonya) Williams, Thomson, Minister Innes (LaTosha) Finch, Stone Mountain, and Trevor K. Finch, Thomson; one daughter, Charmaine "Baby Girl" Finch, Thomson; four grandchildren, Phillip Williams, Jr., Donovan J. Williams, India J. Finch, and Tre'mauri K. Finch, all Thomson; mother, Lottie Finch, Thomson; four brothers, J. C. Parker, Denver, Colo., Alton "Poochie" (Bernice) Finch, Minister Robert (Alberta) Finch, and Andy Finch, all of Thomson; four sisters, Helen Finch, Helen (Greg) Crawford, Emma Finch, and Mildred (James) Simmons, all of Thomson; one sister-in-law, Verlyn Finch, Thomson; mother-in-law, Polly Williams, Thomson; four brothers-in-law, David "Willie" (Linda) Williams, Ben J. Williams, Casey Williams, all of Thomson, and Andrew (Phyllis) Williams, Columbus; one sister-in-law, Ruby D. Williams, Atlanta; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, devoted friends, and church members.

Thomson Funeral System was in charge of arrangements.
