THOMSON, Ga. - Funeral service for Mr. Taylor Sam "T.S." Cody of Thomson, was held on Wednesday, November 1, 2006, at 2:30 p.m. at the MT. Aldred C.M.E. Church, Rev. Tonita Cody, officiating. Interment was in the church cemetery.
Survivors are his loving and devoted wife, Mrs. Ada B. Cody; devoted son, Taylor Sam Cody, Jr.; three daughters, Ms. Jessie Cody, Ms. Patricia Cody and Mrs. Carol M. (Johnny L.) Jones, all of Thomson; three sisters, Ella M. Flemmings and Virginia Williams, both of Augusta, and Eula Pearl Pearson of Brooklyn, N.Y.; one brother, John Cody, Philadelphia, PA; adopted son, Rufus Cody, Sr.; four granddaughters; four grandsons; adopted grandson; one great grandson; nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends.
