Dear Editor,
Our annual goal during this upcoming season is to give families in our community an opportunity to enjoy a full Thanksgiving meal with their loved ones. This year Agape Outreach Ministries will be serving at least 250 families for Thanksgiving. Each family will be supplied with: 1 turkey or hen; 1 bag of stuffing mix or potato flakes; cans of green beans/corn (based on family size); cans of pumpkin/sweet potato (based on family size); 1 can of cranberry sauce; and bread (based on family size).
We need the help of all businesses and individuals in our community to help make this goal a reality. Your donation would be greatly appreciated. You may either donate the items needed or simply make a financial donation to Agape Outreach Ministries.
We have moved to 4405 Washington Road (formerly the Archery Range or Southern Bible Institute) which is exactly 4.5 miles past I-20 on the left. Our hours of operation are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. You may call us at 597-8800.
