Mrs. Lula Mae Crawford Cummings
THOMSON, Ga.- Funeral services for Mrs. Lula Mae Crawford Cummings, 87, of Thomson, were held on Saturday, October 30, 2004 at 1 p.m. at the First Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, Winfield. Rev. Roscoe Perry, officiating. Interment was in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Cummings was a Columbia County native and a member of the First Mt. Carmel Baptist Church.
Survivors are two sons, Willie L. (Gussie) Cummings of Appling, John A. Cummings of Thomson; three sisters, Mrs. Willie Mae Benning of Harlem, Mrs. Estella Bailey and Mrs. Eunice Brown of Appling; two brothers, Virgil Crawford of Baltimore, Md., Blanchard (Beatrice) Crawford, Jr. of Appling; three stepchildren, Claude Rickerson, Lucille Holliman, Larry Cummings; grandchildren, great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
Thomson Funeral System was in charge of arrangements.
