AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mrs. Dorothy Walker Pender, the wife of Mr. Robert Glover, entered into rest Monday, Oct. 27, 2008, in University Hospital.
Additional family members are: one son, Russell Pender; two daughters, Denise Phillips, Dee Parrish; six grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren.
Mrs. Pender was born in Thomson and was a homemaker.
A memorial service was held Sunday, Nov. 2, 2008 at 2 p.m. at Cornerstone Fellowship Congregational Holiness Church with Dr. Bobby Coleman officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest for contributions to be made to Gillette United Methodist Church Cemetery Fund, 5197 Augusta Hwy., Martin, S.C. 29836.
Thomas L. King Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
