Julie and Rod Finnegan of Colbert, Ga., are pleased to announce the birth of their daughter, Olivia Gail Finnegan, born September 26, 2008, at St. Mary's Hospital in Athens. She made her debut at 6:23 p.m., weighed 7 lbs., 14 oz., and was 20½ in. long.
Maternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Alex Cawthon of Thomson and the late William Drew. Paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Roger Finnegan of West Palm Beach, Fla., and the late Gail Finnegan.
Olivia was welcomed home by her six-year-old brother, Chris.
