GIBSON, Ga. - Mrs. Eloise Davis Kitchens, 87, loving wife of the late Mr. Kenneth E. Kitchens, entered into rest Wednesday, November 8, 2006 at McDuffie Regional Medical Center, Thomson.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Saturday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Russell Davis officiating. Interment was in Savannah Valley Memorial Gardens, Thomson.
Mrs. Davis was a native of Warren County, but lived in Glascock County most of her life. She was a member of the Gibson First Baptist Church and she was retired from Garland Knitting Mills after 25 years of service.
Survivors include three nieces, Dale Verell of Buford, Ga., Betty Duncan of Silver Springs, Md. and Dorothy Key of Palatka, Fla.; six nephews, Donald Kent of Gibson, Lynn Davis of Wrens, Fred Waters of Bowie, Md., Lloyd Davis, Joe Davis and Eddie Davis of Palatka.
Pallbearers were Larry Kent, Matt Kent, Mark Davis, Greg Kelley, Jamie Kitchens and Lee Griffin.
