The McDuffie Regional Medical Center Auxiliary held its 23rd Annual Tree of Love Lighting Ceremony Tuesday night at the hospital.

This year, Dean Boone and family lit the tree's star in memory of his wife, Joyce.
Dr. Kelli M. Carter's children, Matthew and Noah, lit the tree.
