AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mrs. Mildred Pollard Kelly, 86, beloved wife of the late Jack H. Kelly entered into rest Wednesday, December 7, 2005 at St. Joseph Hospice.
Funeral Services were held on Friday, December 9, 2005 at 2 p.m. at Platt's Crawford Avenue Chapel with Rev. Wayne Brunner officiating. Interment followed in Westover Memorial Park.
A native and lifelong resident of Augusta, Mrs. Kelly was a member of First Presbyterian Church and the Trinity Sunday School Class. She was a homemaker and enjoyed sewing and gardening.
Survivors include a son, Sam Kelly, Dallas, Ga.; three daughters, Jackie Welch, Martinez, Ga., Joanne Dyson, Duluth, Ga., and Nancy Johnson, Dearing; a brother, Cliff Pollard, Martinez; a sister, Ida Lee Powell, Martinez; nine grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were Bob Dyson, Lewis Welch, Robby Dyson, Billy Dyson, Andrew Saunders and Johnny Harris.
