Mrs. Blanca Lydia Pedraza Homemaker AUGUSTA, Ga.- Mrs. Blanca Lydia Pedraza, 77, of Claudia Dr., entered into rest on Saturday, Dec. 13, 2003 at St. Joseph Hospital. A Mass of Christian Burial was held at St. Joseph Hospital Catholic Church on Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2003 at 10 a.m. Burial was at Hillcrest Memorial Park. Survivors include her husband of 57 years, Mr. Vicente Pedraza of Augusta; two sons, Vicente Pedraza, Jr., Wilmington, N.C. and Hector M. Pedraza, Goldsboro, N.C.; three daughters, Lydia M. Harris, Grovetown, Maria T. Fountain and Jacqueline M. Cleveland, both of Thomson; one brother, Roberto Torres, Chicago, Ill.; one sister, Marina Torres, Martinez, Caguas, Puerto Rico; 34 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren. A native of Caguas, Puerto Rico, Mrs. Pedraza has been a resident of Augusta since 1963. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and a devoted wife and mother.
