On Saturday, Dec. 11, approximately 1,000 students auditioned for placement in the Georgia Music Educator's District 10 Honor Band and a chance to advance to the second round All State Audition.
Thomson High School had 12 students that won a placement in the Honor Band and 4 students that qualified for the second round All State Audition.

Orion Palmer -- 9th Chair Concert band Clarinet
Luke Kellogg- 6th Chair Concert band Clarinet

The Symphonic band will consist of 11th and 12th graders. The Concert band will consist of ninth and 10th graders.
The following students qualified for the second round All State Audition. They will compete for a placement in the Georgia All State band.
