CRAWFORDVILLE, Ga. - Mr. George Mitchell, 77, of Crawfordville, entered into rest December 28, 2008, at the VA Medical Center.
Graveside services were held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, December 31, 2008, at the Crawfordville Cemetery with Rev. Beverly Casstevens officiating.
Mr. Mitchell was a native of Crawfordville and was the son of the late Junius A. Mitchell and the late Nell Wheeler Mitchell. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict.
Survivors include numerous cousins.
Beggs Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
