HARLEM, Ga. - Memorial services for Mrs. Paulette Barnes, 64, of Harlem, who entered into rest January 6, 2009, were conducted Friday afternoon at 4 p.m. in the Posey Funeral Chapel. Rev. Rabun Cowart and Rev. Charles Reese officiated.
Mrs. Barnes was a native of Vaucluse, S.C., a former resident of Aiken and North Augusta, having made Harlem her recent home. She was an avid gardener.
Survivors include two sons and a daughter-in-law, Tony Hansen, Fla., Shawn and Judy Hansen, Harlem; two daughters and sons-in-law, Anita and Shad Johnson, North Augusta, Ashley and Brian Brabham, Thomson; a sister, Dottie Fox, Aiken; three grandchildren, Samuel Hansen, Amanda Hansen and Nathan Hansen; two great- grandchildren.
