DEARING, Ga. - Mr. Harold Keith Lewis, 56, beloved husband of Mrs. Robin Lewis, of Dearing, died Monday, January 26, 2009, in University Hospital.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Thursday, January 29, in the Curtis Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Charlie Deloach and John Jenkins officiating. Burial was in Adams Chapel Cemetery in Dearing.
Mr. Lewis was a native of McDuffie County. He was a retired Textile Technician.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Robin Lewis, Dearing; a daughter, Amy Lynn Lewis, Stapleton; three sons, Brian Keith Lewis, Hephzibah, James Clinton Lewis, Grovetown, and Richard Tracy Lewis, Dearing; his mother, Betty Mae Lewis, Crossville, Tenn.; three step-sons, Michael Kennedy Jr., North Augusta, Eddie Lee Jacobs, Appling, and Robert Willis Jacobs, Warrenton; two sisters, Nancy Lewis, Crossville, Tenn., and Naomi Lewis, Atlanta; and eight grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Warren Wren, Warren Wren Jr., Matthew Lewis, Michael Palmer, Michael Kennedy Jr., and Carl Bannister.
Curtis Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
