WARRENTON, Ga. - Mrs. Irene Norris Shelton, 92, wife of the late Mr. Jimmy G. Shelton, died Friday February 13, 2009, at the Warrenton Health and Rehab Center.
Graveside funeral services were held 2 p.m., February 15, 2009, at the Millcreek Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Tony Key officiating.
Mrs. Shelton, a native of Warren County, was the daughter of the late E. T. and Addie Kitchens Norris. She was a homemaker and member of Millcreek Baptist Church.
Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Ronnie and Linda Shelton of Warrenton, one sister, Ethel Norris, of Warrenton, five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
A son, Jimmy Shelton, and a daughter, Mary Tinley, preceded Mrs. Shelton in death.
