TAMPA, Fla. - Mr. Ealey P. Brunson, Jr., 48, beloved son of Mrs. Barbara Hillman, died Monday, February 23, 2009, in Tampa, Fla.
A Memorial service was held at 2 p.m., Sunday, March 1, in the Faith Baptist Church with Dr. Don Widener officiating.
Mr. Brunson was a native of Richmond County, but had recently moved to Tampa. He was a construction worker. He was an Army veteran.
Survivors include his mother, Barbara (Irwin) Hillman, Thomson; two daughters, Michelle and Allison Brunson, Allendale S.C.; one grandson, Luke Bowers, Allendale S.C.; a sister, Linda Slaton, Augusta; a brother, Brandon Sean Hillman, Thomson; four step-brothers, Gary Hillman, Tony Hillman, Randy Hillman, Scotty Hillman; a step-sister, Kelly Gunby; his maternal grandmother, Mrs. Frances Newman; a special friend, Alice Boose.
Curtis Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
