RAYLE, Ga. - Mr. Herman Lee Mauldin, 88, of Rayle, died March 5, 2009, at his home.
He was a native of Paulding County, a truck driver and a member of County Line Baptist Church where he served as deacon for 49 years.
Funeral services were held Sunday at 3 p.m. in County Line Baptist Church with Rev. Billy Tucker officiating. Interment followed in the church cemetery.
Eddie Walker, Clay Walker, Brian Bailey, Rodney Shedd, Johnny Walker and Bobby Walker served as pallbearers.
Survivors include his wife, Maude Mansfield Mauldin; daughters, Mary (Jerry) Tankersley, of Thomson, and Martha Lawrence, of Thomson; brothers, Raymond Mauldin of Cornelia and Jack (Iris) Mauldin of Washington; and three grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
