MCDONOUGH, Ga. - Ms. Tammy Tallent Padgett, 43, of McDonough, passed away March 1, 2009.
She was born in Fulton County, Ga., to Boyd James and Paula Maxine Bell Tallent. She had worked for Henry County Parks and Recreation for 15 years and was a member of Loco Baptist Church in Lincolnton. Tammy was a loving person who enjoyed time with her family, photography, baking, fishing, hunting and the outdoors.
Survivors include her sons, Keith (Natalie) Crawford of Griffin, Kyle and Dustin Padgett of McDonough; parents, Boyd J. and Paula M. Tallent of Thomson; siblings, Mack B. (Sandy) Tallent of Lincolnton, Burt (Dee) Tallent of Cheyenne, WY, Glenda (Freddie) Rhodes, Tim Lawson, both of Tignall; grandmother, Barbara Bell of Jackson; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were conducted Friday, March 6, 2009, at 11 a.m. from the Chapel of Haisten Funeral Home. Pastor Ralph Easterwood officiated. Interment followed at Haisten/Eastlawn Memorial Park.
