Cris and Leslie Griffin of Calhoun, Ga., announce the birth of their daughter, Stevie Reese Griffin, born January 17, 2009, at Floyd Medical Center in Rome, Ga. Stevie weighed 7 lbs., 1 oz., and was 19 in. long.
Mrs. Griffin is the former Leslie Miranda Pledger, daughter of Steve and Jill Pledger of Summerville, Ga. Paternal grandparents are Lynn Lemke Griffin of Boca Raton, Fla., and Bob and Carol Griffin of Waxhaw, N.C. Great-grandparents are Roger and Inez Lemke Reid of Thomson, T.C. and Beatrice Pledger of Summerville, Ga., and Irene Bishop and the late Roy Bishop of Lyerly, Ga.
Stevie was welcomed home by her two English bulldog sisters, UGA-Leigh and Keeley.
