Mrs. Mary Story Waller
Homemaker

THOMSON, Ga. - Mrs. Mary Story Waller, 90, widow of Mr. James "Bo" Waller, entered into rest Friday, March 27, 2009, in the McDuffie Regional Medical Center. Graveside services were held at 4 p.m., Sunday, March 29, in Westview Cemetery, with Rev. David Sisler officiating.

Mrs. Waller was a lifelong resident of McDuffie County. She was a homemaker and a member of the Macedonia United Methodist Church. She was the daughter of the late Radford G. Story and Cora Lula Hogan Story.

Survivors include her two daughters, Jacqueline T. Smith and her husband Glenn, Gray, and Connie T. Reese and her husband, Jesse, Norwood; her son, Ronald James Waller and his wife, Laura, Martinez; six grandchildren, R. David Smith and his wife, Dena, Gray, Kathy Lynn Smith, Knoxville, Tenn., Dr. Hollie A. Reese and Ms. Julie L. Reese, both of Norwood, Mrs. Michelle Ashley Scherer and her husband Richard, Martinez, and Brandon M. Waller, Martinez; and five great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers were R. David Smith, Brandon M. Waller, Richard E. Scherer, David Pearson, Jimmy Waller and Ralph Mauldin.

Donations may be made to the Macedonia United Methodist Church, C/O Mrs. Connie T. Reese or to the charity of one's choice.

Curtis Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
