HARLEM, Ga. - Mrs. Nancy Studdard Story, 89, wife of the late Mr. Will Tom Story, entered into rest Tuesday, April 7, 2009, at the McDuffie Regional Medical Center.
Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. on Friday, April 10, 2009, at Bethesda Baptist Church with the Reverends Sonny Serigney and Randall Whitaker officiating. Interment was in Harlem Memorial Cemetery.
Mrs. Story was born in Rutledge, Ga., to the late David and Ida Studdard. Mrs. Story was a devoted wife and loving mother. She was a member of Bethesda Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School for over 55 years. She was retired from Tracy-Luckey Pecan Company of Harlem.
Survivors include four sons, Tommy C. Story, Thomson, Freddie Story, Millbrook, Alabama, Davey Story, Harlem and Randy Story, Evans; two daughters, Jeanette Kelley, Appling and Debbie Ann Mensing, Hephzibah; 13 grandchildren and 18 great- grandchildren and 11 great-great grandchildren.
