Daniel and Katie Garcia, of Thomson, are proud to announce the birth of their son, Daniel Grant Garcia, born March 10, 2009, at University Hospital in Augusta. Grant made his debut at 1:30 p.m., weighed 7 lbs. 10 ozs., and was 20 in. long.
Proud grandparents are Lee and Angela Hammond, of Thomson, and Joe and Angela Lokey, of Harlem.
