THOMSON, Ga. - Mr. George Goodman, husband of Mrs. Mary Goodman, entered into rest June 17, 2009, at Heartland Hospice of Augusta.
Mr. Goodman a native of Coffeeville, Ala. He was the owner of Goodman Studios, a veteran of the U.S. Army, and a member of Victoris Life Church.
Survivors include his wife and three sons: Robert Goodman, Clearwater, S.C., James E. Goodman, Augusta, George W. Goodman, Jr. (Angela) Thomson; one daughter: Belinda Oaks (Michael), Martinez; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Memorial services were conducted Saturday at 3 p.m. at Rayesville Baptist Church Rev. Roland Smith and Rev. Jon Richards officiating.
McNeill Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
