WARRENTON, Ga. - Mrs. Hazel Smith Webb, 87, beloved wife of the late William Ralph Webb, died Thursday, August 20, 2009, at University Hospital, Augusta, Ga. Memorial services were held at 11 a.m. Monday, August 24, 2009 at the Lowe Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mark Winstead officiating.
Mrs. Webb, a native of Oglethorpe County, had been a Warren County resident for many years. She was a homemaker and member of the First Baptist Church of Warrenton.
