WARRENTON, Ga. - Mrs. Voncile L. Hadden, 84, wife of the late Sammie Hadden, entered into rest Saturday, September 5, 2009, at Warrenton Health & Rehabilitation Center.
Funeral services were held Sunday, Sept. 6, at 2 p.m. with Rev. Jim King and Mr. Lane McMichael officiating. Interment was in the Stapleton Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Hadden was a lifelong resident of Jefferson County and was a homemaker who loved her family and community. She was a member of Stapleton Baptist Church and the T.E.L. Ladies Sunday School Class. She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter T. and Gussie Johnson Landrum, and her brother, Thomas Landrum.
Her survivors include her two sons, Palmer (Louise) Hadden and Ricky Hadden; one grandson, Brian (Irene) Hadden, Augusta Ga.; and two sisters, Mary Frances (Claude) Faglier, Augusta Ga., and Dorothy Redd, Aiken SC; and many nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were Tommy Landrum, Mike Landrum, Jeffrey Landrum, Robert Rogers, Jim McMichael and Gene Salet. Honorary pallbearers were the members of T.E.L. Ladies Sunday School Class.

The family wishes to extend their thanks and heartfelt gratitude to the staff of Warrenton Health & Rehabilitation Center for their years of service and for taking great care of their beloved one.
