THOMSON, Ga. - Mr. Louis Morris, 87, widower of Mrs. Beatrice Morris, died, Thursday, October 1, 2009, at his residence.
A memorial service was held at 2 p.m. Monday, October 5 in the Curtis Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Randy Martin officiating.
Mr. Morris was a native of McDuffie County. He was retired from Uniroyal and was a gardener.
Survivors include his son, Greg Morris, Thomson; two sisters, Zera Bartles, Appling, and Virginia Cartledge, Atlanta; a brother, Pate Morris, Appling; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
Curtis Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
