Willie and Alma Daniels, of Dearing, were married 50 years ago on January 15, 1960, at Alma's family home in Norwood.
In celebration of the 50th anniversary of their wedding, the children of Willie and Alma Daniels honored their parents with a wedding celebration.
Mr. and Mrs. Daniels renewed their marriage vows, officiated by their son, Minister Rodney Daniels, at 2 p.m. Saturday, January 16, 2010, at the Church of Christ in Warrenton, where they are members.
After the ceremony, the couple were honored at a private dinner for family and friends at the Thomson Depot hosted by their children.
The couple has seven children, thirteen grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Both Willie and Alma Daniels are retired.
