Mr. and Mrs. Robert Brooke, Jr. of Thomson are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Robin Brooke to Mr. Patrick McGee Shepherd, son of Mr. and Mrs. Timothy N. Shepherd of Griffin, Ga. The wedding is planned for 6:30 p.m., May 22, 2010 at The Classic Center in Athens, Ga.
The bride-elect is a 2000 graduate of Thomson High School and attended the University of Georgia where she received her bachelor of science in family and consumer sciences degree in child and family development. She is currently working towards master of education and specialist in education degrees in school psychology at Georgia State University.
The groom-elect is a 2001 graduate of Griffin High School. He received his bachelors of arts degree in political science from the University of Georgia and a juris doctorate from Mercer University. He is employed as an attorney for Timothy N. Shepherd, LLC.
