Arraignments

Several defendants are scheduled to be arraigned in McDuffie County Superior Court next Monday, including three persons accused of having robbed a liquor store.

The defendants will appear before Toombs Judicial Circuit Superior Court Judge Harold A. Hinesley. The defendants slated to appear in court and plead either innocent or guilty to the charges against them include:

Megan Tara Millwood, Keith Dell Nelson and Walter Parker, Jr., all charged with armed robbery, kidnapping, aggravated assault and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony;

OBryant Stevenson Lowe, aggravated assault;

Arthur Lee King, III, Violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act (VGCSA) for possession of cocaine;

Jimmy Lavont Mance, VGCSA for possession of cocaine;

Robert Coleman Quarles, simple battery and criminal trespass;

Shonda Eyvette Hall, theft by shoplifting;

Richard Allen Pannell, Jr., three counts of possession of a controlled substance by misrepresentation of fraud, forgery and deception;

Dan Smith, criminal damageto property in the second degree;

James E. Banks, Jr., disorderly conduct;

Rodney Clay Helmick, simple battery;

Ronny R. Samuels, VGCSA for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute;

Timothy Johnson, burglary and theft by receiving stolen property;

William Thomas Christie, II, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon;

Toni Marie Borden, theft by taking;

Antonio RodriquesMoss, obstruction of a law enforcement officer;

Qyentin Rashad Clemons, harassing phone calls;

Keymore Lee Hudson, criminal trespass;

Ronnie Bryson Ellis, obstruction of a law enforcement officer; simple assault and theft by shoplifting;

Roy Harloam, obstruction of a law enforcement officer and defective equipment;

Dennis McNair, theft by shoplifting;

Kaream Abdul Beasley, obstruction of a law enforcement officer and giving false information to a law enforcement officer;

Robert Michael Moon, pointing a gun or pistol at another; Pierre Andreus Mance, carrying a concealed weapon;

Antonio Stanford, obstruction of a law enforcement officer, driving under the influence, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, reckless driving, speeding and failure to stop for a stop sign;

Coderro Deandre Johnson, obstruction of a law enforcement officer;

Jasmine Julia Richards, theft by shoplifting;

Shanquett Monique Walker, disorderly conduct;

Marcus Tyrone Stephens, disorderly conduct;

Phillip Arcenaux, VGCSA for possession of marijuana and possession of a drug related object;

Carla Ruth Ford, VGCSA for possession of marijuana, possession of drug related objects and reckless conduct;

Marion Mantavious McNair, giving a false name to a law enforcement officer and failure to carry a license;

Stacey Joseph Crooks, obstruction of a law enforcement officer; Erich Maurice Jackson, habitual violator, driving under the influence and failure to stop for a sop sign;

Constantine Leo ONeill, three counts of issuing bad checks;

Toni Marie Borden, burglary;

Tyrone Burnett, VGCSA for possession of cocaine and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon;

Mitzi Samantha Vines, VGCSA for possession of cocaine;

Frankie Lee Carter, simple battery;

Cary Dewayne Cranford, two counts of simple battery;

Demarcus Crowder, VGCSA for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana, fleeing and attempting to elude a law enforcement officer, no proof of insurance, driving without a license and safety seat belt violation;

Antonio Leon Curry, theft by taking;

Dennis James Davis, aggravated stalking;

Patrick Scott Johnson, terroristic threats and acts and harassing phone calls;

Willie Lee Winfrey, robbery by sudden snatch;

Robert Gregory Holt, two counts of simple battery; aggravated assault, aggravated stalking and criminal trespass;

Sharane Nicole Moss, obstruction of a law enforcement officer;

Charlie M. Myrick, three counts of aggravated stalking and criminal trespass;

Rebecca Ann Prince, aggravated stalking;

Abram Sharpe, VGCSA for trafficking in marijuana, manufacturing of marijuana and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon;

Antione Renard Stanley, theft by taking;

Ben Williams, aggravated stalking;

Mario Makenzie Smith, obstruction of a law enforcement officer;

Mitchell Walden Hall, criminal trespass;

Brady Gene White, theft by shoplifting and obstruction of a law enforcement officer;

Marion Wood, six counts of issuing bad checks;

Brenda N. Hollingsworth, issuing a bad check; and

Evelyn J. Grindle, issuing a bad check.
