"I'm just so proud of them; they worked hard," said Jessie Morlan, the director of bands at Thomson High School.

Mr. Morlan was out of town for military service through the month of February, and said Band Director Emme Hines rehearsed the bands during his absence and conducted all three bands at the evaluation.
