DEARING, Ga. - Mr. Louie F.
Williford, 65, of Dearing, died
Friday, April 2, 2010, in the V.A.
Medical Center in Augusta.
Graveside services were held
at 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 6, in
the Savannah Valley Memorial
Gardens with Rev Jason Burton
officiating.
Mr. Williford was a native of
Glascock County, but had lived
in Dearing for many years. He was
a retired supervisor at Uniroyal
and a carpenter. He was an Army
Veteran having served two tours of
Vietnam.
Survivors include his five sisters,
Geraldine Muns, Dearing, Hazel
Lott, Harlem, Rachel Roberts,
Lakeland Fl., Connie Coffman,
Jefferson, and Dianne James,
Thomson; his brother, Larry
Williford, Winder; and his fiancee,
Wendy Hill, Dearing.
Pallbearers were the military.
Curtis Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
