Mr. Wayne 'Patty' Crite
Truck Driver
LINCOLNTON, Ga. - Mr. Wayne 'Patty' Crite, 57 of
Lincolnton, died Thursday, April 29, 2010 .
Mr. Crite, a lifelong resident of Lincolnton, was a truck
driver, farmer and was a member of Harmony Baptist
Church. His father, Nathan Crite, and daughter, Jennifer
Crite Ruff preceded him in death.
He is survived by: son: Joey Jermaine Crite, and wife,
Crystal of Hephzibah; daughters: Tashan L. Crite, and
Carisa Crite, both of Washington; mother: Martha Sims
Crite; brothers: Rogers Crite, Jerome Crite, and Timothy
Crite, Lincolnton; sister, Rosalyn C. Cartledge, Thomson;
A special friend, Mary Agnes Anderson; 10 grandchildren.
Hurley Partlow, Don Elam, Ray Wynn, Willie Murray,
Murray Hearst, Amos Harris, Roy Brittain, and Charlie
Harper served as pallbearers. The Class of 1972 served as
flowerbearers.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, May 4, 2010 at 3
p.m. at Harmony Baptist Church with Revs. Paul Reviere,
Freddie Neal, and Roy D. Andrews officiating. Interment
followed in the church cemetery.
Beggs Funeral Home was in charge of services.
