A McDuffie County man has been accused of stealing a GPS navigation system from a vehicle that was parked at a business in Thomson last Wednesday.
Thomson Police Department Investigator Lt. Scott Whittle identified the suspect as 31-year-old Carlandos Tavonce Lewis, of the 1400 block of Dallas Drive, Thomson. Mr. Lewis was charged with one count of theft by taking, Lt. Whittle said.
After being arrested, the suspect was taken to the McDuffie County Law Enforcement Center.
