Roy and Carolyn Kitchens of Thomson proudly announce the engagement of their son, Todd Kitchens, to Kathy McGarvey, daughter of Elia McGarvey and the late Bartlett McGarvey, retired USAF from Washington, D.C.
The groom-elect is a 1978 graduate of Warren County High School. He served in the United States Navy for three years after graduation. He is presently employed with Verizon.
The wedding will be held in early June 2010 in Washington, D.C.
