THOMSON, Ga. - Funeral service for Ms. Emma Ruth
Finch, 58, of Thomson, was held on Saturday, May 22, 2010,
at 1 p.m. at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church, Thomson, Pastor,
Rev. Rodney Lockett, Presiding, and Rev. F. C. Henderson,
eulogist. Interment was in the Westview Cemetery,
Thomson.
Survivor include: mother, Lollie Hamilton Finch, Thomson;
three sisters, Mildred (James) Simmons, Helen Finch, both
of Thomson, and Helena (Greg) Crawford, Mesena; four
brothers, Alton (Bernice) Finch, Rev. Robert (Alberta) Finch,
Andy Finch, all of Thomson, and J. C. Parker, Denver, CO;
two sisters-in-law, Lillie Finch, and Verlyn Finch, both of
Thomson; three aunts, Laney (Bennie) Bentley, Sr., Myra
Pettis, and Florine Gross, all of Thomson; a host of nieces,
nephews, cousins, and friends.
Thomson Funeral System was in charge of arrangements.
