THOMSON, Ga. - Funeral service for Deacon Joseph C.
Neal, 64, of Thomson, was held on Thursday, May 20, 2010,
at 2 p.m. at Thankful Baptist Church, Glascock County,
Pastor, Rev. Leroy Hudson, eulogist, and Rev. Charles Reese,
presiding. Interment: Church Cemetery.
Survivors include two daughters, Kim M. Neal, Thomson,
and Pingular M. (Anthony) Love, Mt. Holly, NC; a son,
Joseph C. (Mary) Neal, Lithonia; three sisters, Sarah Baskin,
Agnes Baker, both of Danbury, CT, and Eleanor Shockley,
Bronx, NY; three brothers, Rev. Milton (Esther) Neal, Henry
(Estelle) Neal, all of Thomson, and Rev. Willie E. (Angeline)
Neal, Columbus; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild;
one aunt, Iona Heath, Warrenton; a host of brothers-in-law,
sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Thomson Funeral System was in charge of arrangements.
