Mrs. Juanita Welmaker
THOMSON, Ga. - Mrs. Juanita Welmaker, 80, died
Friday, June 18, in the McDuffie Regional Medical Center.
Funeral services were held at 4 p.m. Wednesday, June 23,
in the Curtis Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Bobby
Farmer officiating. Burial was in Westview Cemetery.
Mrs. Wellmaker was a lifelong resident of McDuffie
County. She had attended the Thomson Church of God.
She was a homemaker, and loved Elvis music.
Survivors include her nieces, Rita Faure, Appling; Gloria
MaChalk, Louisville; Kathy Gunnels, Wrens; Tonya
Gunby, Stapleton; and Cheri Wellmaker, New York; and
her nephew, B.J. Wellmaker, New York.
Curtis Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
