Mrs. Lucinda "Cindy" Gayle Huddleston
WAYNESBORO, Ga. - Mrs. Lucinda "Cindy" Gayle
Huddleston, 56, of Waynesboro, died Monday, June 28, 2010
at her residence. Mrs. Huddleston was born in West Palm
Beach, Florida and was the daughter of Robert J. and Ruth
M. Slager. She was a resident of Waynesboro, a member and
Sunday school teacher at the First United Methodist Church.
She was a member of the PEO and taught kindergarten at
Waynesboro Primary School. Mrs. Huddleston received her
masters from Troy University and was a year short of receiving
her doctorate degree.
In addition to her parents, surviving are, her husband,
Noah Earl Huddleston of Waynesboro, her sons, Noah Eric
and wife Whitney Huddleston of Athens, Andrew James and
wife Amber of Fort Drum, New York and Thomas Benjamin
Huddleston of Waynesboro; her granddaughter, Charlotte
Huddleston; her brother, Jeffery Slager of Thomson, her
sister, Andrea Slager of Waynesboro and several nieces and
nephews.
A memorial service was held Saturday, July 3, 2010 at 3
p.m. at the First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Sam
Vernon officiating.
