Mrs. Frances Crosby Harris

THOMSON, Ga. - Mrs. Frances Crosby Harris, 82, widow of Mr. Frank Harris, died Thursday, July 15, 2010, in the Warrenton Health & Rehab Center. Graveside services were held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, July 17, in the Savannah Valley Memorial Gardens with Rev. Sonny Peevy officiating. Mrs. Harris was a native of McDuffie County. She was retired from the Thomson Company and a homemaker. She was a member of the Washington Heights Baptist Church. She loved her church, her family and her gardening. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Frank Harris and her son, Mr. Sandy Harris. Survivors include her daughter, Ms. Judy Richards, Thomson; her two grandsons, Harris Richards and Will Richards, both of Thomson; a step grandson, Michael (Angie) Willis, Foutain Head, S.C.; and her daughter-in-law, Pat (Butch) Baston, Thomson. Curtis Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
